What's Peli Points?
Peli Points is our loyalty rewards program that lets you earn points on eligible purchases, redeem points for rewards, and unlock exclusive member benefits as you move through our Rewards Tiers.
How do I join?
Download the Pelicana app to make an account. Once your account is successfully created, you’ll automatically receive 200 Welcome Points.
Does it cost anything to join?
Pelicana Rewards is completely free to join.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each customer may only maintain one Rewards account. Duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or removed at Pelicana’s discretion.
How do I earn Peli Points?
Placing an order through the Website, App, Kiosk, or in-store with your phone number will automatically enroll you to start accumulating points.
Members will receive 200 Welcome Points upon successfully creating a new account.
Members who successfully refer a qualifying new Rewards member will receive 100 Bonus Points, subject to Pelicana’s referral requirements. Pelicana reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
What purchases are excluded?
Points are not awarded on:
– Taxes
– Tips
– Delivery fees
– Gift card purchases
– Discounted amounts
– Refunded or canceled orders
– Any purchases otherwise excluded by Pelicana.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?
Any points earned from refunded or canceled purchases will be deducted from your account.
Do my points expire?
Points expire six (6) months after they are earned if they have not been redeemed. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
I forgot to use my Rewards account. Can I still receive points?
Please contact the location of purchase within seven (7) days of your purchase and provide your receipt. Approved point adjustments may take up to fourteen (14) business days to process.
Will the Rewards remain the same forever?
No, Pelicana reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program, including point values, rewards, tiers, promotional offers, or eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
How do I redeem Rewards?
Download our Pelicana Chicken app and access your Rewards.
In the Rewards tab, you will see how many points you currently have and how much each item costs in points. Once you choose your reward and click redeem, the reward will be valid for 24 hours. In the Rewards Center, you will be able to “Use Now” to order and receive your free item.
What are Peli Perks?
Peli Perks are your Rewards, elevated. You receive Peli Perks on top of your regular Peli Points Rewards depending on your Rewards Tier level.
Your Rewards Tier is based on your current available point balance. As your point balance increases, your account will automatically move into the appropriate tier. (See Tiers chart above for more info)
Can I lose my Tier?
Yes. Because your Rewards Tier is based on your current available point balance, your tier may change if your point balance falls below the required threshold.
Your point balance may decrease due to:
– Redeeming rewards
– Point Expiration
– Refunded or canceled purchases
– Other account adjustments
– Discounted amounts
To help members maintain their Rewards Tier, Pelicana may periodically provide promotional coupons, bonus point opportunities, and exclusive offers through the app. These promotions are intended to help offset redeemed or expiring points and give members additional opportunities to retain or regain their Rewards Tier. Promotional offers are issued at Pelicana’s sole discretion and may vary by member.
How do I receive my Birthday Perk?
Simply add your birthday to your Rewards account before your birthday. Your Birthday Reward will automatically be added to your account.
How long is my Birthday Perk valid?
Tier 2
Valid for 7 days
Tier 3
Valid for 30 days
Birthday rewards are limited to one per calendar year.
